Self-worth isn’t something we have or don’t have. It’s a practice.

Your self-worth can also differ depending on the area of your life. You can have high self-worth in your love life, but low self-worth in your work life, or vice versa.

I started concentrating on the concept of self-worth when I discovered the Expanded podcast by Lacy Phillips, and then subsequently purchased “The Pathway” workshops in 2019.

I’m going to use some of Lacy’s language in this article because having a structure around this work is helpful.

Here’s an outline of the article:

  1. The positive feedback loop of self-worth
  2. Detach your self-worth from your identity
  3. Discover your authentic code
  4. Say no
  5. Pass tests
  6. Do not settle
  7. Find grace in hard situations
  8. Take action
  9. Put yourself out there
  10. Stay grounded
  11. Unblock beliefs that don’t serve you
  12. Find expanders
  13. Find a vision holder
