The Self-Worth Superpower

Self-worth isn’t something we have or don’t have. It’s a practice.
Your self-worth can also differ depending on the area of your life. You can have high self-worth in your love life, but low self-worth in your work life, or vice versa.
I started concentrating on the concept of self-worth when I discovered the Expanded podcast by Lacy Phillips, and then subsequently purchased “The Pathway” workshops in 2019.
I’m going to use some of Lacy’s language in this article because having a structure around this work is helpful.
Here’s an outline of the article:
- The positive feedback loop of self-worth
- Detach your self-worth from your identity
- Discover your authentic code
- Say no
- Pass tests
- Do not settle
- Find grace in hard situations
- Take action
- Put yourself out there
- Stay grounded
- Unblock beliefs that don’t serve you
- Find expanders
- Find a vision holder
